Forensic Medicine for Medical Students

This is the only Forensic medicine site I could find in the internet exclusively for medical students. This site is subdivided into 3 different major topics.

Forensic Pathology

Deals with the pathological aspects of medico-legal investigation of death. This section gives details on autopsy procedures, mechanisms of death, and methods for calculation of time since death.
Each of these sections start from the history and proceeds to the recent advances. Images and videos related to the subject can be found aplenty in every subject of discussion.

Wounds

This section details all the aspects of identification and description of wounds. This section has tremendous power in improving the skill of a physician in properly documenting a wound failing which might bring unforeseen difficulties on a later date.

Firearms

Firearms of medico-legal importance are described in this section. Sub-sections include types of firearms, ammunition and recording of firearm injury.
