Web Anatomy - Anatomy and Physiology Learning modules

Web Anatomy

This is a collection of study aids for entry-level anatomy and physiology students. This resource is created by Murray Jensen of University of Minnesota. This site contains self tests, timed tests and multiplayer games and a quiz bowl ( I will explain these later )for testing your knowledge about anatomy physiology and basic biochemistry.

Self Tests

Web Anatomy self tests are available in 15 different topics. Each topic is further subdivided for easier access of a required review. There is no time restriction of these tests. After answering you can check the result by clicking on the 'Score Test'. Be sure to answer all the questions before you click the button or else you will get a low score and wrong advice!.

Timed Tests

This is basically an identification game. It might take some time to load so be patient. What you do here is basically drag the name of the pointed item to the pointer. When all the items are matched you can end the game at which point your score will be displayed.

Quiz Bowl

Web Anatomy quiz bowl contains MCQ styled identification questions.

Other features worth a note are the Image Bank and Medical Terminology Guide. Image Bank images from 'Source Book of Medical Illustration' which are free for educational use.
